Overhead Construction offers a wide choice of Commercial Roofing & Flat Roof Systems for your commercial building.

The Conklin Hy-Crown is a superior quality single-ply roofing membrane made of high-quality White Hypalon synthetic rubber made by DuPont. For over 35 years, Hypalon has been setting the standard for single-ply roofing. It demonstrates excellent performance in both new construction and reroof applications.

The white surface of the Hy-Crown membrane provides outstanding reflectivity compared to dark-colored roofing materials. The high reflectivity will reduce the cost of cooling the building’s interior.

Conklin Hy-Crown has proven its durability in the harshest environments. It provides superior protection to a broad range of chemicals along with ultraviolet and ozone resistance. It is easily applied in all seasons so you do not have to wait for the best protection around. When applied, it forms a seamless layer on your existing roof, preventing any chance for leaks. Its firm resistance to wind and hail also keeps your roof safe from weather-inducing damage.

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Roofing Membranes have an extensive installation history in the roofing industry. First installed in the early 1970’s, PVC was the industry’s answer to the oil crisis, as it was the first membrane to contain half of the fossil fuels normally used in system manufacturing.

Along with the environmental benefit of using (fewer) fossil fuels in the manufacturing process, PVC is highly reflective/UV resistant, making the membrane an energy efficient option for warmer climates.

The addition of solid plasticizers to the PVC membrane allow for additional weatherability and flexibility. PVC membranes are incredibly versatile and chemical resistant. It is highly recommended for roof-over projects.

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roof Systems have been installed in the U.S. for the last 30 years. TPO membranes are made with a co-polymerized rubber that allows them greater flexibility in cold climates. This membrane is best recognized for having the benefits of EPDM and PVC systems, at a more economical cost. TPO membranes are white and highly-reflective, making them an excellent choice for those looking to reduce energy costs. These are heat welded roofing seams and are much stronger than rubber roofing seams. In addition to being ENERGY STAR rated, TPO’s recyclability makes it an excellent choice for the environmentally conscious.

Rubber Roofing Systems are an interesting alternative to more traditional products. A relatively new innovation, this light yet durable substance thoroughly weatherproofs your building.

Often made from recycled materials, a rubber roof is low in maintenance and is especially resistant to foot traffic. Because it is able to withstand extreme outdoor temperatures, these surfaces have a longer lifespan and are able to provide great insulation by keeping your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Also, they’re perfect for roof-gardens because of their impenetrable seal as you water your plants.

The greatest advantage to this type of material is that it can be easily repaired. Though it is a very durable substance, rubber is not indestructible. But unlike traditional roofing systems, rubber membranes are easily repaired.

Spray Urethane Foam adds excellent insulation to your roofing system. It can be installed quickly, doesn’t require tearing off your old roof system, and provides the best insulation properties of any roof system once installed. On top of all this, because it doesn’t have any fasteners or seams, both leaks and repairs of a SPF roof are extremely rare.

Spray foam is a great fit for both new construction and retrofit applications. In new construction, some sort of roof deck – often metal – must first be installed before the foam can be applied. In retrofit, or re-roof, applications, the foam can be applied directly to the existing roof in many cases. Both applications are a great fit for spray foam thanks to its unmatched versatility.

White Reflective Elastomeric Roof Coating is a acrylic-based roof system that forms a seamless and flexible layer of protection for your roof. This coating is designed to seal and dramatically reduce the surface temperatures and to resist heat absorption and cracking due to thermal shock.

White Reflective Elastomeric Coating is an ENERGY STAR® Qualified Reflective Product which will help in reducing interior building temperatures. Formulated to provide a tough, durable weather resistant coating, this flexible fast drying elastomeric coating adheres readily to most roofing substrates and is designed to protect the roof substrate from the damaging effects of the sun’s heat and ultra violet radiation.
